• Monthly Coaching | $45/month: Receive ongoing guidance, accountability, and support as you implement and refine your practice. One live session per billing month, plus mid-month check in email.

Each coaching purchase includes one 30-minute session. Scheduling is coordinated after purchase based on mutual availability.
